Nissim & Co. is committed to reliable quality and trustworthy expertise with every piece of jewelry made and sold. Our Jewelry Guarantee is our promise to stand behind your purchase and make sure you are completely satisfied with your entire experience. If your jewelry becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect, Nissim & Co. will repair or replace the item at our discretion, without charge.
12-Month Warranty
The Nissim & Co. Jewelry Guarantee provides you with a 12-month repair or replacement privilege. For 12 months after the date of your in-store or online purchase, we guarantee the mounting for your stones, as well as the center stone and accent stones, against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting or stones without charge if any defects are found during this period.
The guarantee excludes damage caused by time and wear, including, but not limited to, scratches, scuffs, or surface wear.

Should you require a repair outside of our one-year warranty period, please contact us at info@netalinissim.com or call 212-837-8003. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment.
Caring for Your Jewelry
As with any fine jewelry, stones such as turquoise or moonstone are not unbreakable — the soft nature of these stones can result in scratches or dulling. Please avoid contact with chemicals; even hairspray or lotion can diminish the brilliance of the stones. White gold pieces are dipped in platinum and can fade over time. 18K gold is softer than 14K gold and may scratch or bend with rough wear.
