Netali Nissim takes all possible steps to ensure the accuracy of the information included in its web sites. However, Netali Nissim takes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of the same. Information provided on the Sites is subject to change at any time without prior notice.  

Orders

Orders may be placed via phone 800-364-1874 or 212-653-0029. Also, orders can also be placed online at www.netalinissim.com. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Netali Nissim, Inc. reserves the right to cancel order or refuse sales placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms, associated with suspicious activities or as otherwise determined by Netali Nissim. 

Bespoke Jewelry Orders
All Bespoke Jewelry orders are custom designed and made to order in Milan, Italy. No orders go into production without final design approval and full payment by the customer. Bespoke Jewelry orders take substantially more time to produce and ship. Should you have an imminent need for your order before the quoted time frame, it may be possible to create a rush order for an additional fee. You can note your request for a rush order during your design consultation or in your Bespoke Jewelry request. If this is possible, a representative will provide you with the additional price, and it will be factored into your final invoice Collection Orders Current collection orders may ship within 3-5 business days if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, orders may take up to 8 weeks. Order confirmations will confirm when you can expect to receive your order. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. However, orders placed during high peak times, such as during the holidays or when there is a high volume of orders, may take longer than the estimated time frame. If this is the case, a sales representative will always notify the customer. Netali Nissim, Inc. will always notify the customer in the event of delays in order processing or shipping.

Shipping

Both International and Domestic shipping is free of charge. Overnight and expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for requests. Netali Nissim, Inc. is not responsible for fees, duties, taxes, etc that may be associated with receiving international purchases. Netali Nissim, Inc. is not responsible for any issues, delays or problems that may arise while shipping.. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. At the discretion of Netali Nissim, Inc. orders may require a signature upon delivery. You are solely responsible for the acceptance and receiving of your order. Netali Nissim, Inc. is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves our facility. If your order is sent back to our facility by the carrier for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.  

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed.  

Returns and Exchanges

Netali Nissim wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason there is an issue or you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased through Netali Nissim please contact us to start the return process. We will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Returns after the 7 day return window, not exceeding 18 days from the original delivery date are only eligible for store credit or exchange. If you would like to make a return, please call us at (800) 364-1874 for a return authorization (no refund will be granted without a return authorization).  

To ensure a safe return, please pack your returns in the original box and packaging. Netali Nissim is not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping. Please consider insuring return items to avoid any issues. Include in return shipments a note with your name and order number.

Returns will be processed to the original form of payment only.

Personalized items, special orders, and Bespoke pieces can not be returned.

Warranty and Repairs

Netali Nissim, Inc. is committed to providing reliable quality and trustworthy expertise with every piece of jewelry made and sold. Our Jewelry Guarantee is our promise to stand behind your purchase and make sure you are completely satisfied with your entire experience. If your jewelry becomes damaged as a result of manufacturer defect, Netali Nissim will repair or replace the item at our discretion without charge. This excludes all damage caused by time and abuse (including, but not limited to: scratches, scuffs, or surface wear.) Please keep in mind, as with any fine jewelry, stones such as turquoise or moonstone are not unbreakable. The soft nature of these stones can result in scratches or dulling. Please avoid contact with chemicals; even hairspray or lotions could diminish the brilliance of the stones. White gold pieces are dipped in platinum and can fade over time. 18kt gold is softer than 14kt gold and may scratch or bend if abused.  

The Netali Nissim Jewelry Guarantee provides you with a 12-month repair or replacement privilege. For 12 months after the date of your in-store or online purchases, we guarantee the mounting for your stones, as well as the center stone and accent stones against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting or stones without charge if any defects are found during this period.

Should you require a repair outside of our one year warranty period, please reach out to a representative at 800-364-1874 or internationally at 212-653-0029. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment.

Warranties Disclaimer

You expressly agree that your use of this site and any Netali Nissim products is at your own risk. Netali Nissim, Inc. guarantees only warranties expressly described. Netali Nissim, Inc. disclaims all warranties implied about merchantability, usage for a particular purpose, or fitness for use. Netali Nissim, Inc. makes no warranty that the site or product will meet your personal requirements, be error free, accurate or reliable. No oral or written warranties will be obtained unless expressly stated in these terms.

Site images, Branding, and Intellectual Property

Netali Nissim, Inc. provides custom images of each item on the site and strives to show the pieces in as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online may result in differences in size, color, scale, etc. Images vary across screens and on mobile devices. As many details as possible are provided, however if you have any additional questions please feel free to contact us.

Modifications and/or Termination

Netali Nissim, Inc. reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue any services. Netali Nissim, Inc. shall not be liable to the user or any additional party associated with the user or Netali Nissim, inc. for any suspension, cancelation or change the products or site. You understand and acknowledge that Netali Nissim, Inc. reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel orders from any individuals or third parties that violate the Terms of Service or for any other reason at Netali Nissim, Inc.’s discretion.

Proprietary Rights

Reproduction, duplication, reselling or usage for any commercial purposes, any portion of this site or product purchased through Netali Nissim, Inc. or authorized sellers is unlawful and will be prosecuted to the highest extent of the law. You acknowledge that the website, social media, emails and products contain intellectual property of Netali Nissim, Inc. Unless specified otherwise, Netali Nissim, Inc. owns the rights to any and all content on the website, social media, and products. This includes but is not limited to copy, images, designs, and manufacturing techniques. You agree not to infringe upon Netali Nissim, Inc.’s intellectual property rights.

Outside Entities and Services

Netali Nissim, Inc. has no association with or control over advertisers or any links provided through third-party sites. Because Netali Nissim, Inc. has no ability to control such sites and services, you acknowledge that Netali Nissim, Inc. is not responsible for the actions or content of such external sites.

Liability Limitations

You understand and agree that Netali Nissim, Inc. is not liable for any and all damages for loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, loss of funds, or any other potential losses resulting from the use of the products or website, the use of any third party sites or products, or any matter relating to the product or website.

Indemnity Clause

In the event of a breach of terms and/or any demands or claims made by any parties due to or resulting from use of the site or products, you agree to release, indemnify and/or defend Netali Nissim, Inc. and it’s affiliates, officers, agents and employees. You deem Netali Nissim, Inc. and any of the aforementioned parties non responsible for any claim or demand including attorneys’ and court fees and costs associated with your breach of the Terms and/or any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site or products.

Children’s Online Privacy Act

Netali Nissim, Inc. complies with the Children's Online Privacy Act. Netali Nissim, inc. does not collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you are under the age of eighteen and wish to place an order, or utilize our site, please ask your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf.
