Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nissim & Co. piece. If you are not completely satisfied with an in-stock purchase, you may return it within 21 days of delivery:

• Within 10 days of delivery — full refund to your original form of payment, or store credit / exchange.
• Days 11–21 — store credit or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@netalinissim.com or call 212-837-8003 to request a return authorization. No refund will be issued without a return authorization. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

Return shipping is complimentary for 18K gold pieces. For sterling silver and enamel pieces (including the Fortuna collection), return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

For your protection, please pack returns securely in the original box and consider insuring the shipment. Nissim & Co. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit. Please include a note with your name and order number.

Final sale: personalized, engraved, and resized items, special orders, and bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
