We want you to love your Nissim & Co. piece. If you are not completely satisfied with an in-stock purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
To begin a return, please contact us at info@netalinissim.com or call (800) 364-1874 to request a return authorization. No refund will be issued without a return authorization. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
For your protection, please pack returns securely in the original box and consider insuring the shipment. Nissim & Co. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit. Please include a note with your name and order number.
Final sale: custom, engraved, resized, special-order, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
